This seminar is intended to provide opportunity for faculty and student in various engineering and architecture institutions for upgrading their knowledge in the areas of Waste management technologies. The seminar will also touch on the research challenges emerging in the sustainable management of waste in Indian cities. The contents will be taught by eminent experts in the field, having adequate teaching and research experience. This course will be equally beneficial for Civil Engineering field professionals, academicians and researcher, policy makers and municipality officials.

Department of Civil Engineering

Department of Civil Engineering was established in the year 2002. The department conduct courses of B.E. in Civil Engineering with intake of 60 students, PG program M.E. in Structural Engineering with intake of 18 students and PhD Programmes. The department is also actively involved in research activities. It has qualified and experienced faculty in different fields of specialization. The department has fully equipped laboratories. The department also undertakes industrial Testing and Consultancy works as part of its interaction with industry and also organizes Continuing Education Programmes /Seminars/Symposia for professional benefit field engineers, faculty and students.
